What was thought to be a routine procedure in handling pest control ended in tragedy. A family near Salt Lake had a pest control company come by their home to take care of a rodent problem and because of carelessness in handling and using the toxin, a 4 year old has died from the inhalation of toxic gas and a 15 month old is hanging on for his/her life.
