  1. I've been taking Vitamin D for a long time now. It is highly recommended for people with SAD and for MS. You do have to be careful because there is a chance of overdose as Vit D is stored in your muscle and fat, where most vitamins are not and are easily flushed out if you take too much and it is not used by the body.

  2. I have heard about how you need to be very careful how much Vit. D you take. I should post more about that. I was trying to find out just how much of a supplement I should be taking daily but cannot figure it out because I don't know what I get from the sun:)
